CLUB MEMBER REGISTRATION PROCESS
All players must complete the individual registration even if you have registered with the club in previous seasons.

2024 U12 INFORMATION PACK
Age group eligability.
- U12's (Born 2012 & After)
Registrations are now open for our U12, U14 and U16 teams. The U12 muster will be held at the Stanmore Bay Leisure Centre pool on Tuesday 30th April from 7-9pm .
- U14's (Born 2010 & 2011)
- U16's (Born 2009 & 2008)
They will be advised from the Club about the age-group trial and/or selection processes and, through this process, will be allocated to teams.

SELECTIONS:-
Regarding our oldest players (U14 and above) it is important that if Members (not parents) are unhappy with the selection or the process, that they themselves raise this with the team manager or the grade co-ordinators. We want our members to own this discussion and advocate for themselves in constructive ways.
We believe that this gives the member ownership and leadership responsibilities that will help develop in them lifelong opportunities for success. Please support this process, as we want every member to get the best out of the challenges and rewards of Sport.
Please remember these key points:-
• Support your player by giving them encouragement and showing interest in the Team
• Always be positive – applaud good play from both teams
• Please remember you are not the Coach or Referee and remain a Respectful Spectator.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards opponents and their families
• Remember your player wants to have fun – and they must establish their own goals and stand on their own feet to build resilience in their own way.
Privacy Statement.
Hibiscus Coast Water Polo only collects information that is relevant for the clubs administration of the players activity within the club. The information is securely stored and access to this information is restricted and controlled. Some general information about the players is shared with Auckland and New Zealand Water Polo for player affiliation, competitions and tournaments. Hibiscus Coast Water Polo does not share any information with other third party organisations. Members are able to request access to view and correct information held by the club about them. The club will securely dispose of information that is no longer required.
Affiliation fees
For players competing in Auckland Water Polo competitions, the club pays an affiliation fee to Auckland water polo.
